Unser Verband erm\u00f6glicht jeder Tagesmutter, sich Kompetenzen anzueignen, die wichtig sind f\u00fcr die Beaufsichtigung von Kindern.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grundkurs wird j\u00e4hrlich durchgef\u00fchrt und die Weiterbildung wird sowohl intern wie auch extern sichergestellt. Die Grundausbildung sowie j\u00e4hrliche Weiterbildungen sind obligatorisch. Der Grundkurs geht \u00fcber 1 Freitag und 2 Samstage, jeweils den ganzen Tag. Die Weiterbildung findet\u00a0an einem Samstag pro Jahr, sowie an 2 Abenden (Fr\u00fchling\/Herbst) statt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Bed\u00fcrfnisse, und deren Anwendung in einzelnen Situationen.<\/li>\n<li>Austausch von Ideen, Erfahrungen, Freundschaften und Kontakte kn\u00fcpfen zwischen den Tagesm\u00fcttern und den Verbandsmitgliedern.<\/li>\n<li>Darlegen der Motivationen und Anpassung an die neue Situation als Tagesmutter.<\/li>\n<li>Die Rechte und Pflichten als Tagesmutter bzw. -familie kennen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Auswirkungen der Trennung des Kindes von den Eltern verstehen und bei der Betreuung darauf R\u00fccksicht nehmen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
